Hi Tom. I am currently having some pretty bad trap pain. Mostly right side (I have a winging scapula that I'm working on) but it does carry into the left side some. Zenith help clear a LOT of pain but never completely. Any ideas? It's limiting my ability to swivel my head
My physiotherapist does! I had hip replacement 12 weeks ago and it's one of the things he has me do to develop stability and improve hip strength and stability.

Come see us physical therapists. We are definitely teaching this on a daily basis and have been doing so for decades. It will reduce your risk of falling significantly.

Jenny you're so strong❤ 💪 I can match you on all the flexibility & mobility but need to up my strength building (started a few weeks ago) with 8kg kettlebell & building on it, I'm 66 yrs female, love the kettle bell.
I do these but it's always painful. I have a lot of scar tissue in both shoulders

I m confused about the smm and the August stretch one and now there's another new one in June? What's the difference between them all?
SMM is a set system that is what I use for assessment, the August reset is daily follow alongs which is great for accountability and building a habit of daily mobility 😄

@@TomMorrison yea, just did that recently on training. We do judo but our trainer goes beyond straight judo, we also do ground, chinese boxing, hatya yoga, basic kicks from kickbox. It's awesome 😎

That is called proprioception and you do not take in account comorbidities . Just because you can say to do something does not explain to a person the little tweaks they need to accomplish it. For example suppose an individual is in an accident at work from a dynamite explosion had 3 spinal surgeries and has lost all feeling I n left lower extremity along with most of the musculature. What would u do to help them ? It most definitely would not be what you just said because they will fail. Your path way only works for the young strong and healthy.

Hi Tom... I've come across videos online that say you shouldn't tuck the chin in if you got forward posture. Apparently, they say it makes it worse as the real culprit is the pelvis, rib cage position etc that causes fwd head movement. What say you? 🙂
